MICHAELA RANER – PRESIDENT

Michaela Raner is the woman, the myth, the legend. Yes she is the owner. Her enthusiasm and outgoing personality make Mack and Jack’s a fun environment to work in.

She is a working mom, who enjoys to spend time with her Husband of 11 years Jeff, 6 year old daughter Mackenzie, 3 year old son Jackson, and 1 year old son Mitchell. As if you didn’t already notice, this mom of three is head over heels with her little munchkins that she named the company after them (baby number three was not on the map when the company was established). We are still scratching our heads of what to do with the name.

Michaela has been in the Marketing, Advertising, and Printing industry for 13 years. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Degree in Communications and a Minor in Marketing. Post graduating she has worked for various Advertising and Printing organizations which brings her to where she is today. Her expertise and knowledge brings new ideas, strategies and concepts to the Mack and Jack’s staff as well as her clients. She motivates her team by providing them with the confidence for success and the motivation to meet and exceed their goals.

We are very lucky to have Michaela on the Mack and Jack’s Team and look forward to her future successes.

FUN FACT ABOUT MICHAELA

What was your favorite sport growing up?
Being that I have lived in Arizona for the past 15 years, little do many people know that the sport that I did growing up was a downhill skier. You could find me grinding the slopes on the weekends whether it be Giant Slalom or Slalom course on the hills of Mt. Hood, Oregon in my teenage years . I truly miss skiing, that is why today I am only 2 hours away from the slopes.

JACQUI BERNS - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Jacqui is what we call the life of the party. Her positive attitude, up beat personality and continued giggles makes the Mack and Jack’s team smile daily. Jacqui is the proud mother of an 8 year old son named Ben and is madly in love with her sweetheart of 25 years Mick. In addition to the loves of her life, she is truly passionate about the medical field. She has worked in Managed Healthcare for 20 plus years and is the industry leader within Mack and Jack’s in the healthcare sector. Outside of work you can find Jacqui hiking the various Mountains around Arizona, taking a bike ride with her family or volunteering for a non-profit. We are lucky to have Jacqui on the Mack and Jack’s team and look forward to her continued success.

MIKE MONROE - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are thrilled to have Michael Monroe on the Mack and Jack’s team. This 27 year old comes straight out of the San Diego surf. Since moving to Arizona in 2005, he graduated from Arizona State University with a major in Business Management. His career highlights stem from the staffing and recruiting industry where he served clients ranging from healthcare to technology verticals. Prior to the staffing industry, Michael managed an Auto Repair and Restoration shop that specialized in classic and custom cars. During his tenure in the auto business, he had the pleasure of meeting and working with professional athletes and musicians. His favorite hobbies include surfing, riding motorcycles, fitness, and spending time with his fiance. He is a very outgoing person that enjoys meeting new people and developing positive relationships with business professionals that can benefit from his help.
